MG SOLAR WATER HEATER
Muricken's
Group providing a complete solution for getting natural hot
water with the help of sunlight by introducing MG Solar Water
Heater. There are two types of Solar Water Heater available in
Kerala market which are: - First is a Flat Plate Collector (FPC)
by using copper tubes which is long lasting. This is a common
type and very useful solar water heater. Murickens is well
experienced in testing and proving since 30 years that it is
the most suitable type for Kerala's climatic condition and
gets 80°C hot water with the help of normal sunlight. Second
one is  Evacuated
Tube Collectors (ETC) which is made up of rows of parallel
transparent glass tubes. The disadvantages of ETC models are,
get only very low temperature, that is heat up 40 ± 5oC, water
leakage through glass sealing, chance of brakeage of tubes
when it is exposed to sunlight, chance to catch fungus inside
the tube and consequently lower the heat of water. On rainy
season must use electrical heater. 3rd one is Concentrating
Collector Type.

INSTALLATION GUIDELINES:
1. Unobstructed sunlight (Shadow free area)
2. Flat (Preferable) or sloping roof area as requested
3. Area should be near to point of usage (bathroom/kitchen) to
avoid long hot water piping and heat losses
4. The system (solar Evacuated tube collectors) should face
south
direction
5. Fresh (cold) water tank at a height @ 5-7 ft above the
system
tank height
6. 5 years guarantee, onsite after sales service
